Disability Employment Services (DES) is an initiative which is being funded and otherwise supported by the Australian Government that help people with an injury, illness or disability find work and keep a job.

Disability Employment Services also provides support to employers from companies and organisations looking to hire staff.

There are two Disability Employment Services programs available for people depending on their disability:

With more than 60% of our staff having lived experience of disability, our support services are delivered by those who have high levels of disability awareness and take a person-centred approach.
