Our story
We believe that people living with disability deserve every opportunity to live a self-determined “strong life” of self-confidence, empowerment and pride in their contribution.
With this belief, we aim to enrich the lives of people living with a disability by making it easier to connect with fulfilling and suitable employment within their communities. We do this through ongoing support and encouragement from those with lived disability experience, making up more than 60% of our workforce from Board to back office.
Locally, our ongoing programs are co-designed and constantly reviewed by those with living experience of disability, giving uLaunch the capability to provide the best and most suitable programs for participants.
Powered by AKG, uLaunch actively pursues best practice on an international scale to continuously improve the service we provide and tap into global thought leadership in the disability sector.
