Step 1: Speak with your Employment Consultant at the site who will endeavor to resolve the matter immediately.
Step 2: Speak with or write directly to the senior staff member (Area Manager/Team Leader) for the site who will endeavor to resolve the matter immediately. Your Employment Consultant can provide you with the contact details.
Step 3: If unresolved speak with our DES General Manager, Nathan Hardy on 0409 838 261 who will listen to your concerns and attempt to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
