We value your feedback
You can submit a complaint, give a compliment or offer a suggestion to help us improve our service.
If you are a current participant of uLaunch this is our internal Feedback and Complaints process:
Step 1: Speak with your Employment Consultant at the site who will endeavor to resolve the matter immediately.
Step 2: Speak with or write directly to the senior staff member (Area Manager/Team Leader) for the site who will endeavor to resolve the matter immediately. Your Employment Consultant can provide you with the contact details.
Step 3: If unresolved speak with our Executive General Manager, Chelsie Hyland on 03 8725 5600 who will listen to your concerns and attempt to resolve the matter within 5 working days.
Step 4: If unresolved or dissatisfied with the response, you can contact the National Complaints Resolution Line on 1800 805 260 or the Complaints Resolution and Referral Service on 800 880 052.
