uLaunch & CDERP Partner to Create Inclusive Employment Opportunities

uLaunch and CDERP partnership

We are pleased to announce, uLaunch and the Centre for Disability Employment Research and Practice (CDERP) have joined forces to facilitate a new era of inclusive employment opportunities.

CDERP, a beacon of excellence in disability employment for the past decade, has been instrumental in providing innovative solutions to empower Australians with disabilities to thrive in the workforce. One of their groundbreaking initiatives, the Work First Program, has been a game-changer in creating person-centered disability employment services that open doors to inclusive employment for individuals with disabilities. Borne out of years of research and practice evidence, this program takes a boutique and individualised approach.

The partnership between uLaunch and CDERP marks a significant milestone in the journey towards a more inclusive society where individuals with disabilities have equal access to meaningful employment.

Through this collaboration, uLaunch’s customised employment programs will collaborate with CDERP’s Work First employment-related counselling services to empower participants to pursue their career aspirations with confidence.

This dynamic partnership will not only expand the reach of disability employment services to more individuals, families, and schools but also ensure that each person receives tailored support to achieve their unique employment goals, not only securing a job but helping them to advance in their career field.

The Effect

The ripple effects of this partnership are profound. To name but a few: increased access to specialised employment services, personalised employment programs, expert employment counselling, and a plethora of inclusive job opportunities.

Together, uLaunch and CDERP are not just creating pathways to employment; they are fostering a community where every individual, regardless of their abilities, can thrive and contribute meaningfully.
